I started studying yoga in college, where I began meditating and eventually discovered my physical asana practice. It helped me stay grounded and calm under stress, and I thought, ‘Wow, this is something really special! ’ From there, I found Pilates, which brought me a sense of peace in my body as a hypermobile person. For the first time, I felt truly connected to my strength in ways I had never experienced before.
As I continued my journey, I explored various healing methods like Reiki, acupuncture, transformative breathwork, and yoga nidra. I quickly realized that it was all about prana—keeping my vital energy balanced helped me feel aligned with the natural world around me.
Then, Ayurveda came into my life and changed the way I view rhythms, nature, and my place in the larger whole. It taught me the importance of treating myself as an individual, not following trends or fad diets, and I’ve learned to trust in ancient wisdom instead.
